FOR WINDOWS 11 USE THE MANUAL SETUP

The tool will Download Everything automatically for you except Windows Update (Wub) on step 4 so download that manually

1. Download Dxwebsetup.exe and extract it. Then run it and download it (DirektX could give you this error which is normal just press OK and continue)
